This is Albert Wesker Renderfor Resident Evil Tekken, New outfit of Mishima Style.

STORYLINE :

Quite weaker than before, It is said that he was rescued by a nearby scout team after the incidents of RE5. He had burnt and remained nothing and almost forgot his past due to chronic nueral failure. Heihachi met him in a mental hospital where he had pity on wesker and bought him and hei spent millions on Wesker's surgery to make him all new. Now Wesker is completely artificial, and artificial skin and organs, Heihachi contacts his son Jake Muller and lets him see Wesker's condition and provides Jake False proofs tha Chris killed him turning Jake completely into darkside. Hei unites with Wesker and spend 2years researching for the D-Gen Project. But in order to complete the process Hei requires Pure Ogre's Sample. So Hei seeks taking revenge on Kazuya by starting a socalled friendly fighting tournament. Invitations were sent to selected individuals. Wesker though working for Mishima Corporation along with son Jake, has hired Anna and Nina of Tekken, for his own purposes. Wesker is quite ignorant of Heihachi, who considers wesker even more than his best friend. Theyve spend years together thinking about world domination. But Wesker is still reluctant and has a long beyond story.

And you know the funny thing about this is that Wesker and Mishima are very alike if you really think about it.
They were both good guys at the start of the series before betraying everyone they cared about, murdered their way to the head of a multinational corporation, and both sold their soul and all that made them human in return for physical strength and power to crush their enemies and rule the world, gaining monstrous other forms in the process.
